Options & Additional Information

Financing
Rent to Own – Everyone is approved! Available for all building styles and sizes. 36, 48 and 60-month terms available. A minimum of one payment down is required for your down payment. Payments vary are based on the price of the building. There is no credit check for this option.

Delivery
FREE delivery to your home or business (up to 50 miles from our location) When your building is delivered, the building is placed on solid 4” concrete blocks that act as the building’s foundation. Once placed, your building will be leveled out and anchored down with ground anchors. To accept delivery of a building, you will need a minimum clearance of the building width + 1 foot on either side. For example: a 10’ wide building will require a minimum 12’ width of clearance.

Storage Building Prices

As we offer over 13 different styles of Graceland buildings in multiple sizes, it is impossible to list prices on our website. We are happy to provide prices to customers through email, text, in-person or over the phone. Contact us to let us guide you to the right choice to best fit your needs.

Permit Services
Need a permit? Many customers do not realize the jurisdiction in which they are located required a permit for a portable building. As we do not require our customers to get a permit to purchase a building, we do offer a permit service if you desire to obtain a building permit. Please contact us for further information and pricing for this service.
